Karnataka Karmikara Hitarakshana President Prasad Arya has made a leap from his regular man power, travel and realtor business to cinema making. ‘Dhandhe’ by director Shanker Nag (his birth name and he is admirer of late Shanker Nag) is a captivating film with message filled for the society.


A short film ‘Tottilu’ director Shanker Nag has finished first schedule and commencing second schedule in December. He has put six months effort on the script. ‘Dhandhe’ also means business of various nefarious activities in local language is having different knot in this film. There is no hero as such in this film. It is only Neha Saxena in the key role with two shades. A Telugu star is also making guest appearance. Chetan, Ravi, Kavya, Shobaraj and others are in the cast. Director Shanker Nag also plays a vital role in this film. He had seen the common people suffering from the ‘Dhandhe’. Veteran actor Shashikumar plays SI in this film.

The tall actress Neha Saxena taking the mike explained the contents but not preferred to inform how it will be narrated. There is child molestation, atrocities etc. from a village girl in the first half, second half transform her role to a city bred girl taking revenge. The film also deals with drugs, smuggling and corruption.


Hari Babu is music composer for songs. He has finished two songs as of now. Chetan of eight films with very short roles is villain in first half and hero in second half.
